Lexington National Guard Fun Run. We appreciate everyone who came out and participated in the run.

On Memorial Day, two members of our team completed the Murph: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 air squats, finishing off with a 1 mile run. Our guys completed this in honor of Navy LT. Michael P. Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. He named one of his favorite workouts, Body Armor, which is now called the Murph. Shoutout to SSG Platt and SPC Burgess for their hard work.
