Danika joins us as a Customer Service Representative and will be helping our clients with the day-to-day servicing of their insurance policies, ensuring renewals are taken care of, and delivering the best client experience possible. She brings over 13 years of experience in the customer service industry and has already shown a strong drive to learn the insurance business and continue growing within our agency. Her passion for helping people and commitment to excellent service make her a perfect fit for our team.

In her free time, Danika enjoys spending time with her family, binge watching TV shows, and window shopping. We are thrilled to have Danika as part of the Carpenter Insurance Group family and look forward to the impact she will make for both our clients and our agency!

Will joins our agency as a Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance Agent and will play a key role in helping us continue to grow the agency through his strong network and relationships within the community. He will also help spearhead the growth of our commercial lines department as we continue expanding that segment of the agency. With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Will understands the importance of building strong relationships, earning trust, and creating the best client experience possible. His passion for helping people and commitment to personal service make him a tremendous addition to our team and culture.

In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and following anything related to UK Athletics — especially Kentucky basketball and football. Most importantly, he is preparing for an exciting new chapter as he and his family get ready to welcome their first child.
