I’ll go first……homemade sourdough bread

Baking bread can be very tricky. Is their humidity in the air? If so you don’t need as much water. Is it cold in the house? If so is your starter fully active? If there’s no humidity you need to add more water. If it’s too warm your starter activates quicker than usual. So many factors to baking sourdough bread. This winter I struggled more than usual. My house was cold, my starter wasn’t activating fully before I needed to bake bread. Some weeks I questioned if I could even call my self a baker. I just couldn’t catch a break. Now that it’s finally warmed up my bread is back to “normal” and I can finally relax. So cheers 🥂 to warm weather and yummy bread 🍞
