So everyone is aware. We have a bad review spreading around. This was a friend of mine that asked me to do a general cleaning of her home, and just wipe over a few things adding in baseboards and blinds. She told me she cleaned her home the day before we arrived and just wanted it touched up. She paid $100 as a discounted price. This was never a deep cleaning. She expected me and my workers to scrub cabinets and walls etc that we were never asked to do or paid to do. We told her we would do what was asked and she got angry that we would not do unpaid work. We have been in business for years and this is our only negative feedback. A deep cleaning would have been an all day job and more money, not two hours as she requested and paid for.
