We are looking to hire a positive and motivated individual to assist in management of our residential technicians. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience with cable and internet installation services. This position will be required to assist technicians across central Kentucky.

To ensure success in this position, person should have excellent communication, time-management, leadership, and organizational skills. The role of supervisor should be filled by someone committed to teamwork. Infinium strives to provide efficient, high quality services and expects supervisors to contribute to team efforts whenever necessary.

Pay and Shift Information:
Various shifts
Weekend coverage on a rotating schedule
Salary plus production bonus
Weekly Pay (direct deposit every Friday)

Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Driver’s license, social security card, and proof of insurance
MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen. No felonies or misdemeanors.
Able to operate out of a Truck or Van
Able to work in all weather conditions
Experience of 2 years required
Experience with Business Class installations are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of Penguin Data Workforce Database, preferred

Job Duties:
Provide technical support and leadership to our Field Technician Teams
Assist in training and development of new technicians
Conduct QCs to ensure compliance of company policies
Supervise, coach, and assist field technicians based on metrics provided by senior management
Provide installation coverage as needed due to call off or increased workload demand
Other duties as assigned from senior management

Experience:
Cable Installation: 2 years (Required)
Supervisory/management: 2 Years (Preferred)
