Transform Scott County is a nonprofit in Georgetown, KY that has been turning hardship into hope since 2015, serving individuals and families through programs like Youth Mentoring, Blessing Bridge, and Circles® Scott County. By addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs one relationship at a time, the organization helps people achieve stability and break cycles of hardship to build a stronger, healthier community.
