New to Pilates? We’ve got you. 🤍 Starting something new can feel intimidating, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to walk into a new space. At Pilates Barre Lex (https://www.pilatesbarrelex.com), my goal has always been to create something different.

Pilates Barre Lex is more than a Pilates studio. It’s a community of women who support one another, encourage one another, and show up for themselves through every season of life.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning to movement after time away, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, managing an injury, working with a medical diagnosis, or simply looking for a movement practice that feels good in your body, you are welcome here.

I intentionally created Pilates Barre Lex as a safe space where you can move without judgment, comparison, or pressure. A place where you can simply be yourself. We welcome women of all ages, sizes, backgrounds, and experience levels because I truly believe movement should be accessible to everyone.

One of the things I am most proud of is the incredible team of teachers who make this studio what it is. Every instructor at PBL is highly trained, deeply caring, and genuinely invested in our members’ success. They take the time to learn your name, understand your goals, celebrate your wins, and support you through challenges. Their knowledge, compassion, and dedication are what help make this studio feel so special.

Our small class sizes allow us to provide personalized instruction and meaningful connections that simply aren’t possible in larger fitness settings. Here, you’re never just a number. You’re part of our community.

At Pilates Barre Lex, we aren’t focused on changing your body. We’re focused on helping you build strength, confidence, mobility, resilience, and trust in the body you already have!
