- A new standard is being established. We’re moving with intent and finding ways to compete every single day.

- Last week’s focus :
* Power: Creating & Absorbing Explosive Force
* Rotational Strength
* Scapular Health: Prioritizing upward rotation for longevity.
* Deceleration: Eccentric knee loading to strengthen the “brakes.”
* Isometrics & Plyometrics
* Sprinting Mechanics

- Separation happens in-season. While others are just maintaining, we are working to get 1% better!
