Did you get a chance to see Cara and Sheri this morning on the Arc Morning Show? They were talking about this weekends festivities. Saturday December 20th 10-3 is Sparkle Saturday and Sunday December 21st 10-4 is the MidWinter Makers Market. Two wonderful events in our downtown. The weather is looking good and the parking is FREE! Grab your boots and shopping bags. Don't forget to support our restaurants and coffee shops while you are out. Buy local, shop small and be kind this season.
Nerd Core at 97 Lisbon St. is the place to stop for your unique gift shopping experience on Sparkle Saturday. If you are looking for vintage vinyl or CD music, Nerd Core has a large selection. (I think I spotted a Neil Diamond record my mom had when I was a kid!) In addition they carry locally made art, candles, soaps and a wide variety of interesting gift ideas for your friends and family. When you shop here, you truly are supporting local businesses. Stop in this weekend for Sparkle Saturday and Sunday's Midwinter's Makers Market from 11AM to 7PM. Tonight they will have live music with Nathan Post!
