Update: Well we now have a heater and AC unit, as of 5/12/2023 not sure how long we will remain in this spot, the new hair location is near finishing. The landlord is making threats of passing expense on to us, raising rent, eviction and more so we will keep on rolling till we can’t till no more! Court was Friday and the judge wanted more time to review the law, my lease, and the evidence, so still waiting! This has ended up costing us a lot of time and money we appreciate your support and patronage during these difficult times.

This is a PSA! We have important information for you all please respect our decisions and things that are out of our control and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause

1. We haven’t had an HVAC system since 2/24/23, been using space heaters, but it’s warming up(landlord has been notified and refuses to fix)
2 building isn’t insulated or sealed properly so it gets hot fast
3. We will adapt our hours depending on temperature in side and out side (Tuesday at 4:45 it was 66 out side it was 76 inside) anything over 75 is to hot for tanning and coloring
4. We may have to reschedule evening appointments if it gets to hot since we have no windows that open to put window ac
5. We are figuring out a solution for the hair salon and moving too proper heat cooling and ventilation, but space will be restricted and not all equipment will go
