Exciting News for SeniorsPlus!

SeniorsPlus has been awarded a Hometown Grant to support the installation of an ADA-accessible computer lab and privacy pods at the Encompass Education & Nutrition Center.

SeniorsPlus was one of only 26 organizations selected from more than 2,000 applications submitted by small towns and rural communities nationwide.

This investment will expand access to digital skills training, workforce development opportunities, and telehealth services for older adults and adults with disabilities throughout Western Maine. By reducing barriers to technology and connectivity, we're helping more people gain the tools and confidence they need to stay independent, informed, and connected.

Thank you to our community partners, supporters, staff, volunteers and T-Mobile who help make opportunities like this possible.

T‑Mobile Completes Landmark Hometown Grants Initiative, Transforming 500 Communities - T‑Mobile Newsroom The final grant recipients close out a five-year, $22.8 million investment that helped bring community-led projects to life across small towns nationwide
