Fahrenheit 225 LLC

We have set our sites on our last event as Fahrenheit 225, which is tomorrow, the 3rd, in Augusta. It's supposed to rain all day, and I guess the only thing to say about tomorrow's weather is F... it! We've dished out our Q at 30 below, 105 above, pouring rain and everything in between!
We have people coming to celebrate with us, and at the end of the day, that's all that matters! We will get our real deal barbecue out to the people like we've always done. Barbecue with no shortcuts as it's always been. I'm going to be smoking my last case of ribs today with my nephews help. Gonna be special. I asked a question of a food mentor some years ago. I asked him, "When it comes to ribs, when will you really know what you're doing?" His response was "Somewhere around 3,000 racks"! There was some truth to that response!
It's nice that our last event is a beer festival, but we totally understand that it's a ticketed event and not everyone would want to pay to get in, but If you make it to the Kennebec valley Brewfest tomorrow, even if you don't have a craving for Barbecue, please stop by and say hi anyway. Wrapping up this crazy ride tomorrow and we're proud to say that we got it done and then some!
