🇺🇸 Eclipse – Thursday’s 4th of July Practice Recap 🇺🇸

Even with a few athletes missing for the holiday, Thursday’s practice was a success! Here’s what we accomplished:

⭐ Hit another prep double! 💙
⭐ Put in solid work on our tosses and saw improvement.
⭐ Focused on stunt timing, body positions, and technique.
⭐ Worked tumbling with an emphasis on strong ex*****on.
⭐ Continued building confidence and consistency.
⭐ Showed great teamwork, communication, and positive attitudes.

We’re so proud of the athletes who came in ready to work. Every practice is another step forward, and Thursday was no exception. Enjoy the holiday weekend, we can’t wait to have the full team back together! 💙❤️🇺🇸
