The version of you that needs to move hard.
The version that needs to be still.
The version that just needs an hour to breathe.
The version that shows up and figures it out when they get there.
There's a class for all of them.
We'll see you on the mat.

Not your average Sunday morning yoga class.
Yoga at the Rehoboth Art League is Sunday, June 7 at 10:30 AM — a 60-minute all-levels practice held inside the Corkran Gallery, surrounded by art, light, and creativity.
After class, the gallery is yours. Spend 30 minutes with the current exhibition — Mapping the Liminality: East and West — and take in the work with fresh eyes, an open body, and a quieter mind than you walked in with.
Free to reserve. $20 suggested donation benefiting the Rehoboth Art League.
Bring your mat, water, and any props you like.

Sandy toes and full moon magic… we’re fully settling into the season.
Whether you’re dancing it out, slowing down, or stretching under the sky, there’s plenty to plug into this week.
Here’s what’s flowing (May 25–May 31):
🇺🇸 Monday at 9:30AM – Holiday Yoga
Whether you're starting your day with intention or taking a moment for yourself amidst celebration, this class allows space to breathe, reset, and come back to center.
💃 Tuesday at 5:30PM – Rhythm
A music-driven, follow-along class designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Simple, repetitive movement meets energizing beats—uplifting, freeing, and open to all levels.
🕊 Thursday at 5:30PM – Restore
Now 75 minutes and on a new night. More time to slow down, soften, and actually unwind.
📖 Thursday at 7PM – Yoga + Book Club
Move first, then settle in for conversation around Invisible by Stephen L. Carter. Come for the yoga, stay for the discussion.
🌊 Saturday at 8AM – Beach Yoga
Lewes Beach + Rehoboth Beach
Start your day with movement, sunshine, and a little sand between your toes.
🌅 Sunday at 8AM – Canalfront Park Yoga
An easy, feel-good outdoor flow to wake up your body and ease into the day.
🌿 Sunday at 9:30AM – Reset (Hatha + Yin)
New name, same grounding practice. We begin with steady Hatha movement, then ease into longer-held Yin postures for deep release and stillness.
🌕 Sunday at 6:30PM – Full Moon Beach Yoga + Sound Bath
Flow, breathe, and soak in the energy of the full moon with movement, sound, and crystals by the water. A pretty magical way to close the weekend.

Beach. Full moon. Sound bath. We'll see you there.
Full Moon Beach Yoga + Sound Bath is Sunday, May 31 at 6:30 PM at Roosevelt Inlet in Lewes — an evening to slow down, breathe, and let the energy of the full moon do what it does.
Gentle movement. Crystal singing bowls and chimes. And each participant receives a crystal, carefully selected and chosen with intention for this full moon and what it's asking us to release.
Bring a towel, some water, and your journal. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
✨ Release. Receive. Realign under the full moon.
Weather permitting — final location confirmed day-of.
Pre-registration required.
