Join us poolside at The Perch for tacos, margaritas, and a chance to meet your future neighbors and celebrate everything we love about summer in Coastal Delaware.

🌦️ Rain Plan: If Mother Nature has other plans and we can't enjoy a poolside margarita, don't worry! We'll move the party over to the model home, and Taco Reho will be parked right in the model home parking lot for easy access.

Either way, the tacos are happening, the drinks will be flowing, and the good vibes are guaranteed! 🍹🌮☀️
