Eye health — though often overlooked — is an important indicator of overall wellbeing, especially for diabetic and pre-diabetic individuals. The Delaware Academy of Ophthalmology and the Delaware Optometric Association are hosting a Statewide Diabetic Eye Screening Day to help diagnose diabetic retinopathy and prevent vision loss.
