Ava is one of the hardest workers we work with. Her dedication to getting better as a person and athlete is beyond her age. With just a few adjustments to her training she shaved off 24 seconds in just two weeks from her 1600. She is currently ranked 2nd for the 1600 and 800 in her region. Let’s keep fighting for that number 1 spot.
