We’d like to thank Leonia Police Department for being our special guests at storytime this week! Sergeant Goodell and Officer Cho came to read some stories, sing some songs, and tell us about how they keep our community safe! This is a part of a series of special storytime guests so keep an eye out for our next one!

They also brought over their police cruiser for the kids to check out and take pictures with! We had some big fans of the lights and sirens!

This month, we're highlighting a selection of Korean books centered on family relationships, parenting, self-care, and family stories in celebration of Family Month, which is widely observed in Korean culture during the month of May.

We’re proud to feature the newest publication by Sun Kim, who visited our library last month for a special author talk. Her thoughtful work explores children’s emotional well-being and the importance of building healthy family dynamics.

In addition, we’re excited to discuss "Crying in H Mart" at our monthly book club tomorrow evening. Join us at 6:30pm in the program room if you're available—we’d love to have you there!
