Options In Childbirth

Hey y’all! It’s been a while since I posted, so I wanted to update this page. 🌿

I’m Ashley, I live in Lenoir and serve the surrounding areas in the foothills as a Birth Worker + Doulatog. I’m a trauma informed full spectrum Doula and Childbirth Educator, supporting births from home to hospital (or birth center), as well as other reproductive health journeys. I’ve been in this work for about five years now. I am honored to be able to support my community and the individual needs of my clients. Some things about me are: I have 2 kiddos of my own, 3 dogs, and 1 cat. I love the sunshine, summertime, my plant babies, taking pictures, and just about any body of water.
