🚨A few things to note🚨

✏️If you have already filed your claim, you don’t need to do anything else at this time. You will receive a call to schedule your estimate. This estimate can be completed at the drive-through location or virtually. Once your estimate is complete, you will take it to the repair facility of your choosing.

✏️If you have hail damage to your home, an adjuster will call to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you haven’t contacted a trusted contractor, please do so at your earliest convenience to help expedite your claim.

✏️If you have not done so yet, please download the State Farm app. This is the easiest way to communicate with claims and avoid long hold times.

The roads are icy this morning, making road conditions more challenging than usual! If you must get out, PLEASE drive cautiously and follow these tips:

2️⃣ Increase following distance
3️⃣ Brake gently
4️⃣ Allow extra time to reach your destination

In case of an accident, prioritize safety, exchange info, and document all details.
