Monarch Maids was built to be more than a cleaning service- it’s about creating peace, support, and breathing room for modern families who are carrying a lot without a “village.” We aim to be that village!
I’m looking for team members who can step into that mission with me- someone reliable, motivated, and genuinely proud of the work they do.
📌 Position Details
• 1099 / Contract Position (Signed Agreement will be required prior to work beginning)
• Pay: starting @ $20/hr (paid weekly)
• Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule (2–4 hours/day, Mon–Fri only)
• You choose your working days based on your availability (consistent schedule preferred)
• Ideal for someone looking to work within school hours or a few set windows during the week
• Training: Hands-on training with me (about 1 week)
• Supplies: You’ll need your own to start- you’ll earn upgraded products as you grow
• Location: Johnson County
🌿 Pay Growth & Bonuses
• Pay increases and bonuses are earned through consistency, punctuality, client retention, and positive client feedback.
• If you show up, do great work, and take care of clients- it will be reflected in your pay.
• This is a performance-based role with real opportunity to grow.
• First month serves as an evaluation period to ensure this is a great fit for both of us.
