Caitlin has been my training and nutrition counselor for more than 6 months. She is very knowledgeable regarding the correct way to train both men and women. She is also knowledgeable about training people of various ages. I have had a couple of trainers in my life, but she is, by far, the most effective and supportive trainer I have ever had. She pushes me, without ignoring how my body is responding to the provided training. She is also helping me move forward in all of my training and nutrition goals.
