Loading a 5-car isn't the same as stacking an 8-car. If you are renting from us, here is what you need to know about the geometry of our fleet:

1️⃣ The 5-Car (Sun Country / NextGen)

These trailers are usually "flat" with fewer hydraulics.

You are loading strictly for length. Put your longest vehicles (trucks/SUVs) on the flat spots and your smaller cars on the angles. Great for quick regional drops because you don't have to shuffle as much.

2️⃣ The 7-Car (Cottrell)

This is where you learn to love the "belly" (the middle bottom spot).

You need to load the front top first to clear the ramps. The key here is watching your height on the rear top deck so you don't clip a bridge.

3️⃣ The 8-Car (Cottrell High-Rail)

To get 8 units on, you have to get comfortable with steep angles.

This trailer relies on "stacking" the front unit over the cab and tucking the rear unit deep. It requires more hydraulic work, but that extra car pays your fuel bill.

We like to keep things efficient. When you come to our Lemont, IL location to pick up your trailer, here is the step-by-step process so you can get on the road fast:

1️⃣ Come to the office between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (M-F). We will verify your Certificate of Insurance (COI) and finalize the Rental Agreement signature.

2️⃣ We collect the security deposit ($5,000) and the first month's leasing charges.

3️⃣ We go out to the trailer together. We will walk around the equipment and inspect the tires, hydraulics, lights, and general condition.

4️⃣ Once the inspection is signed, the trailer is yours. Hook up, check your lights, and head to your first pickup.
