My TCSO deodorant lovers as you might of noticed as I have over the last couple days, it's soft and doesn't "glide" on. As I have tried everything I know short of adding chemical hardeners, I hate to say this but put it in the refrigerator, I had this same problem in Florida, minor inconvenience but worth it knowing you are not putting toxins on your body.
