South Salt Lake Police Department responded to 2150 State Street on 5/9/2022 around 12:00 pm due to a suspicious item located outside the business. Unified Fire Authority Bomb Squad responded and properly and safely detonated the device.

South Salt Lake Detectives are following up on leads. If you have pertinent information to help investigators locate who placed the pipe bomb device please call 801-840-4000.
