Welcome to SALON NOLAS Carlos grew up near San Miguel, El Salvador, moving to Northern Virginia in 1989. He became passionate about the hair care industry a few years later. With his own unique creative talent, Carlos has offered exceptional hair care services in Leesburg for over 12 years.
