I need your help to spread God’s word for people that are hurting both on the surface and below the surface. My book SCARS will help uncover and heal many that have experienced domestic violence, alcoholism, substance abuse, verbal abuse, severe neglect, sexual abuse, anxiety and depression and so much more. I want to help bring awareness to others and this campaign for those who may not be able to afford one of my books. I want others to find healing through all the trauma they have endured in their life. My book is Christian fundamentally based and focused from. I know that God has called me to write this to help others that have experienced this type of pain. I want to encourage others by healing them through the healing process. I want to make it known that the people are hurting and that they are not alone.

Having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. It’s the fear of failure, but no urge to be productive. It’s wanting friends, but hating socializing. It’s wanting to be alone, but not wanting to be lonely. Its caring about everything, then caring about nothing. It’s feeling everything at once, then feeling paralyzingly numb.

If you focus on the hurt, you will continue to suffer. If you focus on the lesson, you will continue to grow.
