We are putting together online workouts tailored for those of us who are mobility challenged…MS Warriors, Mobil Disabilities, and Seniors.
These workouts can be done right where you are with little or no equipment! And no… you don’t have to do every exercise — we believe that EVERY MOVEMENT MATTERS!

The goal is to get us all moving in some consistent way. Everything we do is at NO COST to you! Why not join the MoLo Movement and find your own “MoLo Mojo”?!?

For most people, mobility is something they rarely think about. For me, mobility determines whether I can participate in my community, attend appointments, visit friends, advocate, work, and simply live my life.

Providing items like straws, lightweight cups, or easy-grip utensils can make a big difference for guests with varying needs.

Small changes = more comfort, independence, and dignity for everyone at the table. 💙
