Our friends Iron Horse Bar and Grill - Lees Summit, MO officially open today. Jeffrey David Dietrich, Melinda Lepper and the entire team at Iron Horse have been working around the clock to have this place reopened in 30+ days. All of us are extremely proud of the transformation he has made. However don't be sad because you will see a few familiar faces (Bailey Birchfield, Gayle Rutherford, Camilla, Evan and Alec), You may also notice a few menu favorites that we have passed down to them.

Now make plans to visit them this week and welcome Jeff and the entire Iron Horse team to Lee's Summit. Show them how y'all love a good family owned business.

Last Friday Iron Horse Bar & Grill officially purchased our building and we handed over the keys from one family legacy to another. We are beyond thrilled with excitement for The Dietrich and Iron Horse Family. They have been working day and night to give this building the Iron Horse Feel. Here is a behind the scenes look at what’s been happening.

Iron Horse Bar and Grill is is purchasing the building and will be a great addition to the Lee's Summit, MO Community. Mike and I had many offers on our building and after much consideration and hearing Jeff's enthusiasm and love for community, food and entertainment. We just knew he would be the perfect fit for all of our loyal patrons, friends and family. Also be on the look out for some of your friendly Summit Hickory Pit BBQ family. We wanted to announce that we are having a sale for our antiques, SHP BBQ glassware and boutique items. All prices will be disclosed at the sale.
