- No espera.

This summer, swap unsafe choices with healthy plays. No game plan? .

- Drink cool, non-alcoholic beverages (water or sports drinks with electrolytes) slowly and regularly.

- Use SPF 30+ broad-spectrum sunscreen every 2 hours (minimum), wear hats, sunglasses, and light, loose clothing. Stay in the shade when possible.

- Keep your pets and children safe in high temperatures. LOOK before you LOCK your vehicles to make sure nobody gets left behind.

- If you will be drinking alcohol at events, have a plan to get home (utilize ride-shares, designated drivers, or public transit). Do not mix alcohol with other substances.

- Make a meet-up plan in case your group is separated, especially if children are included.

This summer, give your teen the facts about s*x ed.

In one evidence-based class, we teach young people the information, skills, and confidence they need to reduce their risk of STIs, HIV, and pregnancy. We also cover what healthy relationships look like, including consent and setting boundaries. The course is FREE for all youth ages 12-18, and meals are provided.

Plus, parents and caregivers receive downloadable resources on navigating sticky conversations together.
