High Tech Solutions

Hello Followers. Please share. We need more recruits and plan to start a new hire every week for the next three weeks. Three total new hires.

What four things do these two guys have in common?
1. They both work at High Tech Solutions.
2. They are both experts at the manufacturing of airplane parts.
3. They are both waiting for me to hire someone so they can move up.
4. They are both good looking kids. (So why wouldn’t we feature them!)

Meet Trevor and Conor, inspector/craftsmen operating in our small 4-axis work cell. Both have completed basic training and are positioned to become CNC machinists. Who knows, maybe programmers?

Conor came to us as recruited by our apprentices who were attending Community College CNC courses.

Trevor came to us from a Follower who saw our posts and took the initiative to let him know.

Looks like another thing these two fellas have in common is they didn’t come from an online help wanted ad. Other than this FB page, we don’t do any online hiring ads so we rely on followers and referrals. Thanks to all!

- Inspector Craftsman; operate CNC equipment, inspect and handcraft parts.
- Receiving; unpack deliveries, count parts, bag and tag
- Material Handler; Release material to production per the schedule. Maintain raw material storage organization to ensure full traceability
