Everyone is still a NO vote on the 40 year 3/8-cent sales tax right?

We The People at lowest level of government and community have the most power. This is something the overlords don’t want you to realize.

To protect our communities from predatory investors we need to focus on coming together at the HOA level.

By using HOA laws we can protect our homes!

The predicament we are facing is due to a concerted effort to ensure the American people are a form of serfs by removing our ability to become homeowners and maintain home ownership.

ACTION TIME!

Investment Property Rules: Some HOAs have rules that discourage or prohibit the purchase of homes solely for investment purposes. They may require that the homeowner live in the property or place other restrictions on investment properties.

Enforcement: HOAs have the authority to enforce their rules and regulations through fines, penalties, and even legal action if necessary. This can deter investors and property owners from violating the HOA rules.

We need to know our options.

I don’t have all the answers but I’m always actively looking to solve the problems I see.
