Another season of the school cooking classes are complete! 🎉
This year we concluded our cooking around the world class with a fiesta!!🌮 Here is fun recipe we made for our menu called Gallo Pinto, and we even used local farmer’s market cilantro!
We put our own spin on it, but it’s a dish you’ll likely find in Costa Rica and Nicaragua! (Enjoy the recipe in the last 2 photos)
As a little gift, the students received a mini salt shaker and Scripture card as a souvenir. Whether traveling abroad or connecting with those here in our own neighborhood, may we intentional to ask Jesus to help us be salt and light for His glory!
