Set your timer for 15 minutes and complete as many quality rounds as possible:

• 12 Two-Hand Kettlebell Swings
• 8 Goblet Squats
• 8 One-Arm Kettlebell Rows (Right)
• 8 One-Arm Kettlebell Rows (Left)
• 6 Reverse Lunges per Leg
• 20 Mountain Climbers
