Want to be independent as long as you can? There is a secret, little talked about skill that you can acquire that can possibly be a superpower. Join us for a presentation on self-advocacy and how important it is to feel empowered to ask for help. Self-advocacy involves staying informed, knowing rights, finding resources, solving problems, maintaining control and speaking up. Our presenter promises it won't be boring.
