Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?
Willard Quarries Inc is looking for a reliable Scale House Operator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operate scale equipment to weigh outgoing loads of materials
✅ Record and log all load information accurately
✅ Provide excellent customer service to truck drivers and customers
✅ Maintain detailed, organized records of transactions and shipments
✅ Assist with the coordination of traffic flow at the quarry site
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
✅ Handle paperwork
✅ Process tickets
Qualifications:
🔹 Previous experience with scale operations or in a quarry setting is a plus
🔹 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
🔹 Basic computer skills and experience with data entry
🔹 Excellent communication skills – must interact with drivers and staff regularly
🔹 Ability to handle a fast-paced job
