What You’ll Do:
Strategic Support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and performance coaching.
Labor Relations: Manage union activities, including contract interpretation and grievance tracking.
People Ops: Oversee onboarding, payroll-related activities, and recruitment efforts.
Safety & Compliance: Lead workplace safety initiatives and maintain OSHA standards.
Culture Building: Develop training programs and coordinate employee recognition events.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5–7 years in HR, ideally within a unionized environment (prefered).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and HRIS proficiency (Paycom is a plus!).
Bilingual: Spanish/English skills are a big plus!

We're conducting a confidential search for a Total Rewards HR Manager with strong benefits and leave administration experience for a privately held packaging company in South Central PA.
This is a full-time, exempt, direct-hire role with a base salary up to $125K, depending on experience. The position leads benefits strategy, vendor/broker management, leave programs, compliance, and open enrollment, partnering closely with HR leadership and Finance.
