I hear a lot about "finding your passion" like it's on a wanted poster and lost out there somewhere in the world.

Your passion, your joy, your energetic self, is inside of you. You may have misplaced it or forgotten it exists.

Take a few minutes to close your eyes, breathe easy and ask for your soul to tell you or show you a word that represents your passion.

Let yourself feel what it means to be passionate, to have life force, to sense and know who you are. Let go of fear or uncertainty. Jettison them down to the center of the Earth.

Now whistle in your highest vibration or energy level of you. Ask your divine source and your angels to help you fill in the places in your body where you are stuck and experience pain, doubt and fear with love, acceptance and clarity.

Breathe in passion.
Breathe out apathy.
Breathe in love.
Breathe out hate.
Breathe in health and wholeness.
Breathe out breaks, fractures, injury and pain.

Fill in your body like you are pouring a glass of life sustaining passion and energy into your body.

Know there is always much more to you and you are more capable than you know.

Be your own passionate presence in this world. Joy awaits your attention and ownership. Jody Doty
