The next phase of the Dayton Arcade redevelopment includes a 94-room Hilton Garden Inn managed by our partners at Century Hotel Group. Located in the Arcade’s Third Street and Gibbons Buildings, the hotel will include a first-floor lobby entrance from Third Street, a fitness center for hotel guests, and a variety of other amenities.

The second-floor hotel guest lounge boasts great views of the Third Street Arcade atrium and a direct connection to the Hub Powered by PNC.
