Today was a special one for West Lebanon Fit Body Boot Camp-we headed back to school to inspire, connect, and move with the amazing 4th graders at Hanover St School! At Fit Body, we believe strong communities are built through connection, encouragement , and action. Sharing our passion for health and wellness with these bright, enthusiastic students was truly a joy-and a reminder of how impactful even small moments of mentorship can be. 🙌A heartfelt thank you to Stephanie Davis for the opportunity, and to every student who showed up with energy, heart, and determination.
