Lemon Basil Dressing is not only a great salad dressing, but it can also be used as a marinade for pork and chicken. In a food processor blend together 1/3 cup fresh basil (8 or 9 leaves),
2 Tbl. lemon juice, 1 tsp. lemon zest, 1 tsp honey and 1/3 cup + 1Tbl. Greek Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth.

Come enjoy music and fireworks on July 4th at Coleman Memorial Park! Listen to the Lebanon Community Concert Band preform at 5 and fireworks start at dusk. Food services will be provided as you wait for firework show!
