Warriors BackPack

Hello friends! I wanted to update you all and put out a plea for some help.

Currently, Warriors BackPack is distributing our food to be integrated into the packs shared by Joshua's Place. Joshua's Place works with the schools and the support they give is far reaching. We have been using our reserves and have not had to pack any new bags. Last week we ran out and had a trial run with 4 diligent packers. In 1 hour we packed 200 packs. We need 400 a week now for 3+ weeks. We are hoping to utilize "Family & Friend" groups. To reduce the risk of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have some stringent guidelines. The groups need to be between 6-9 people only. We ask that these individuals are in familiar groups, such as a family or groups that already work together. We ask that you wear a mask and gloves. We ask that you maintain 5-10 feet apart. The availability is for Monday and Tuesday (dates below); we can be flexible with the time of day. We will have 1 Warriors BackPack representative to work with each group. In our trial run, we had a good set up with no issues; we were able to maintain the distance, etc. We have loose fitting gloves and hand sanitizer we can share, but no masks.

**If you can't help with this project but can share some masks, we would be grateful!**

Hello, everyone! We are excited for the Spring 2020 semester and how children in the Lebanon School System will be impacted by these packed meals. Please see below the four pack dates and the times. Individual Facebook events have been created as well to make it easier to keep track of and to share. You can find them under the Events tab on our page.
