It dosn't take much of a gap to allow rodents access. One of the biggest problems with manufactured homes is that they don't actually rest on the block foundations making them prone to rodent issues. This one has a chipmunk problem.

The past couple of weeks have been crazy HOT , busy , fun (!) and gratifying ..
Some days are routine .. some quite unpredictable. We manage a multitude of situations, questions and concerns ..
I spent an hour in a storage closet looking for this bat!
A lot of calls / concerns about yellow jackets .
Some fox trapping , 39 nutria ( wow!)
And of course , ants and spiders .
We LOVE what we do;)
