Title: Finance & Sales Manager — Join Our Family-Focused Team

Seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Sales Manager to handle end-to-end vehicle financing and sales management. Competitive pay structure and a supportive, non‑corporate culture.

What you’ll earn

40% commission on back-end financing profit
2% commission on front-end profit
Caps and minimums apply (details provided during interview)
Key responsibilities

Full sales manager duties (team oversight, training, performance)
Full finance manager duties (structure deals, submit, sign, and fund)
Handle turn‑over (T.O.) customers and manage finance from start to finish
Work directly with banks and lenders to get deals funded
Schedule & culture

5-day work week: Sunday off + one weekday off
