Scholarship Opportunity for Two LHS Seniors

Jessica Crowell, LMT Massage Therapy Scholarship from Hsbtherapy.
Hsbtherapy is proud to offer a $500 scholarship to two graduating Lebanon High School seniors who plans to pursue a career in Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, or a related field of health and wellness.
This scholarship is intended to support a student who is passionate about helping athletes recover, stay healthy, and perform at their best.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a graduating senior from Lebanon High School.
Must plan to enroll in a college or accredited program pursuing Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, or a related field.
Demonstrates interest in sports health, injury prevention, rehabilitation, or athlete wellness
Application Requirements:
A short essay (500 words) describing:
Your interest in sports medicine or athletic training.
Your future goals in the field.
How you hope to help athletes or your community through your career.
Proof of acceptance or intended enrollment in a related program (if available).
Student name, contact information, and intended school/program.
Submission Deadline: May 1 2026
Applications may be submitted to:
LHS counceling center.
The scholarship recipient will be selected based on passion for the field, future goals, and commitment to supporting the health and well-being of athletes.
