This door decorating contest entry deserves its own premiere 🎬 Our WCCS Early Learning Centers team took home the top spot with their Blockbuster Christmas Movie door theme—creativity at its finest!🎄

Behind every door there is an amazing person or team, we loved the creativity! ♥️

When trauma happens early in life, it can shape everything—from behavior and emotions to long-term learning. Because young children often cannot verbalize or process trauma, early intervention is vital.

Our Therapeutic Interagency Preschool (TIP) program steps in early, offering children a nurturing, predictable space paired with mental health counseling, family support, and individualized care.

With a low 4:1 child-to-teacher ratio, our team builds trust and helps kids develop self-regulation, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills.

In 2024-2025, TIP had an 80% success rate by children maintaining 85% or more of attendance, being enrolled until the end of the program, and getting connected to additional support.

Early Intervention is powerful, and proven to make a big difference!
