We are constantly showing others how to feel about us based off of the way we feel about ourselves and what we are doing.

You can literally do the same step with the same technique but just do it with a feeling of conviction and you will be so much more magnetic to watch.

What I mean by “conviction” is just radical ownership and boldness - a feeling that says “Here I am. I’m doing it and I’m owning it”

I saw a HUGE shift in the way I was perceived and the results I started to get (better casting and results at auditions) when I began to move with conviction and confidence and I see the same results happen for my clients again and again.

The good news is… it’s my mind that changed, not my technique (though I did dance better and improve faster due to this mental shift).
