Catering for first the annual Tinsel Singers concert. 5 spice marinated mushrooms, citrus garlic marinated shrimp, and quenelles of fire roasted poblano pimento cheese on assorted crackers. Assorted beers & red/white wines. We had a blast serving all of the patrons who attended the concert and look forward to the next time we can provide food for everyone.
