Rain Rain GO AWAY! When I speak with a customer and apologize for delays and explain that we have been closed down for a few days due to the rain, I’m usually met with understanding but also confusion.

Just to offer some clarification for those who haven’t yet been to the shop or those who have only been here on a sunny day, we are not scared of rain, we’re not allergic to water, we’re not superstitious, and we’re definitely NOT sugar so no risk of melting! 🤣

You see, we would never leave your gorgeous bikes out in the rain but when all the bikes are in house, we have no room to work.

It’s a wild game of Jenga some days but with so many jobs in various stages of waiting on parts, further diagnostics, pending pick up, insurance hoops etc, or unexpected drop offs when we’re already tight, we just can’t make it happen.

So… when you win the lottery and decide to gift us with a larger facility, we’ll be glad to work when the rain comes along!
