Shawn Gillen had the pleasure of working on a historic restoration/renovation of the Chandler House in San Antonio's historic Monte Vista District for Morningside Ministries Senior Living Communities. DFD Architects and TBA Healthcare Development led the project as a design-build from early 2022 through January 2024. Shawn became deeply involved on a personal level with not just the physical project, but with the history of the house and the legacy of Mr. and Mrs Chandler.
